We have vertically integrated production facilities that allow us to proceed with most of our manufacturing processes in-house.

Plastic Injection Moulding Facilities

We have various sizes of plastic injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranged from 50 tons to as high as 800 tons in the production of plastic parts for different variety of products, most of which are equipped with robotic arms for parts extraction.

Metal Punching & Deep Drawing Facilities

Our various sizes of punching machines and hydraulic press machines enable the manufacturing of a lot of key components or parts used in our products.

Spray painting Facilities

We have seven automatic spray painting lines for coating plastic and metal parts, including spray painting lines for UV coating and dual-layer coatings, four of which are equipped with additional automated mechanical robotic arms for handling coating parts with high technical requirements. We are also equipped with facilities for pre-treatments like sandblasting.

Assembly Lines

We have various types of assembly lines to meet the different needs for assembly different types of products, and our persistent effort in increasing the automation in different assembling processes has helped us reduce our reliance on manpower and guarantee a better quality.
